Returns & Refunds

We wish, you would love our products received and meets your expectations, but if something isn’t right, let us know ! In the unlikely event, that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return and exchange the merchandise. We do not allow refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.

​Terms & Conditions

  1. For the process of return & exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags.
  2. Returns are not valid on discounted merchandise, customised orders, sarees processed for falls, pico and tassels done on request.
  3. Exchanges are processed issuing a credit note for the value of the merchandise.

​Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail,

  • To initiate a return, our team has to be intimated regarding the defect/dissatisfaction of the product in detail with images through the mail (mailurbandoe@gmail.com), within 2 days from the date the product was delivered. In case of failure of notice, returns will not be strictly encouraged.
  • Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.
  • After receiving the Return Acceptance confirmation. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible & courier the parcel back to us.

Once received, our team will study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.

Note: The team hold all right to cancel exchange request if the product returned found to be damaged during the return transit / from wear and tear due to trial.

​Credit Note:

Post receiving the product and the merchandise passes the screening test, a credit note for the same value of the product returned will be issued in the form of a coupon with a validity of 100 days which can be used to buy any product from our website

Note: Credit will not include shipping charges of the return order.

Shipping Charges: Shipping back the product charges is strictly born by the customer’s end. For international orders. There might be return duties/taxes applicable, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without our confirmation. We won’t be liable to pay the duty/taxes arises on the return shipment.
